What’s the best part of life after 40?

The best part of life after 40 is that I now live unapologetically as myself: radiant, grounded, and free. And I help others do the same. I’ve traveled the world, built a life of purpose, and found my deepest joy in motherhood. Every experience has refined me not into someone new, but into my authentic self. The best part of being over 40 is the freedom to be who I've always known myself to be.

What makes you feel fabulous?

I feel most fabulous when I’m in an elegant, beautiful flow and moving through my day with purpose, nurturing my body with intention, and showing up authentically. I feel it in the communal glow of a Barre3 class, the laughter I share with my daughter, and the stillness of moving meditation. Fabulous, to me, is a frequency; confidence wrapped in calm, and strength softened by grace.

What would you do with $40,000?

With $40,000, I’d expand my mission to help women reconnect to their vitality, beauty, and authentic power. I’d create holistic programs and healing tools that restore balance, ease, and confidence — and launch a giving initiative offering free wellness care for single mothers and trauma survivors. This wouldn’t just change my life — it would amplify my purpose to help women rise radiant and whole.
