What’s the best part of life after 40?

After 40, you stop seeking approval and start living with purpose. You speak your truth, move with conviction, and let go of the nonsense. With my children now 21 and 16, I finally have space to focus on growing my career and building Viacare Medical into something lasting for our family. Life after 40 feels sharper, clearer, and more meaningful — like seeing the world through a lens of wisdom and strength.

What makes you feel fabulous?

At 41, I’m in the best shape of my life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Losing 110 lbs has not only transformed my body but renewed my confidence and energy. I feel stronger than I did in my 20s or 30s and empowered to help others reach their own goals through my work in healthcare and wellness. I’m proud of the woman I’ve become, the family I’ve raised, and the purpose I’ve built. True fabulousness comes from growth, balance, and self-love—inside and out.

What would you do with $40,000?

I would invest the $40,000 into expanding my business, Viacare Medical, to reach more people in need of accessible wellness care. I’d also continue advancing my education to bring the latest evidence-based treatments to my patients. Knowledge is power — and the more I learn, the more lives I can change. This investment wouldn’t just build my career; it would build a stronger, healthier community.
