The best part of life after 40 for me is having life experiences that taught me how to be confident! I'm an imperfect human and have made mistakes along my journey to 40. I've learned from my mistakes resulting in being a better person and the best version of myself. Another aspect of life after 40 I've learned is setting boundaries and having to say "no" at times. I've learned to listen to my body putting myself first so I can help others. Having a clear sense of purpose knowing my value.
What make me feel fabulous is waking up each morning to a new day and excited to see what the new day brings. I'm a strong goal setter, therefore, knowing I can wake up and start the day working towards my goals. Once one goal is achieved, I work on another one. I have so many goals that keeps me busy that is what makes me feel fabulous
After taxes deducted from the $40,000.00 prize money, I would pay off debt and continue investing in my low-risk investment portfolio so I can complete another one of my goals of purchasing an apartment building to help house low net worth senior citizens in the community.
