When I was 34, my husband and I were trying to start a family. After some time and tests, I found out I was already post-menopausal. I basically just stopped taking care of myself and felt like I lacked purpose. Now, a decade later, I am finding my self again, my purpose, and taking care of myself. I turn 45 in March, so my goal earlier this year was to walk into this new chapter with a renewed purpose.
