The best part of life after 40 for me is spending time with my children and getting to witness the amazing adults that they’ve become. There is nothing better than getting to watch them benefit from all of the years of hard work they’ve put into their careers and building their own families. With a family as large as ours, each new addition has brought not only the need for acceptance and adjustment but also has somehow ultimately brought us all closer together.
Nothing makes me feel more fabulous than valuing my relationship with God and taking care of my health. Ever since I started competing in NPC competitions for bodybuilding, I have been more disciplined and consistent in my fitness journey and that makes me feel really good about myself.
