I believe what makes me so Fabulous over 40 is the fact that I am truly genuine in my skin. I am nothing fake, other than a few highlights.

To me the best part of life after 40 is that I have been successful in the choices I have made whether career, relationships or changes within myself. I am goal oriented and I proud of the woman I have become at 53 years old. I have had a few set backs but nothing I didn't overcome that made me even stronger than before. I am very well grounded with a level head and know where I am going in life.
I cannot lie what makes me feel fabulous is when I have had a great hair cut and style, as well as when I am pampering myself with a massage, manicure and pedicure. I have learned that self love is the beginning of true love for if you can't love yourself I don't personally believe you can give love accordingly.
The first thing I would do with 40,000 is to pay any obligations off that I may have. Secondly I would contact a realtor and let them know I need property to build a log cabin on for that is my dream home. If any remainder was left I would invest it into something profitable or put it into my 401k.
