The best part of life over 58 is the freedom, you no longer have expectations , chasing things that didn’t matter, or need prove anything to anyone. Today I posess both clarity & confidence, I know who I am and what really matters. I have stopped stop sweating the small stuff — and recognize most of it is small stuff. My children are grown, and I get to choose how to spend my time and energy. I value quality over quantity and have wonderful friendships and relationships with my family.
Feeling fabulous for me is less about how I look and more about how I feel. Feeling fabulous over 50 isn’t about chasing youth — it’s about owning your power, joy, and authenticity. What makes you feel fabulous can be deeply personal, but here are some things that help me feel fabulous. Whether it’s skincare, fitness, meditation, or setting boundaries — I invest in myself, it’s essential. Feeling healthy and strong makes you feel vibrant. I wear what I want, style is a statement not an age.
I would Go shopping without guilt. Buy that perfect coat, that power outfit, those boots that make me feel like the fashionista I am. Style is a declaration of self-love. Love to travel , so would plan that trip to Morocco, Japan, or Portugal. Maybe even Plan a getaway with my twin sister, plan A spa weekend or beach house rental. Life is full of possibilities, adventures and growth so why not celebrate with those you love.
