What’s the best part of life after 40?

Unapologetically being exactly who you want to be because you earned it. In your 20s, you're immature and still learning a lot about life in general. In your 30s, you begin to navigate life and that's different for everyone. You're establishing order and making things make sense. In your 40s, you've arrived! For the most part, you are who you're going to be. You've established some normalcy and structure. Everything you have worked hard for, you're living it!

What makes you feel fabulous?

Life! I think it's easy to focus on the tangible things that make us feel fabulous but being able to love the life I want is fabulous in itself. Now, that doesn't mean I don't love the tangibles too! A cute, oversized sweater, some leggings or skinny jeans with a cute boot and a beret, light makeup and a sweet red libation makes my day (I LOVE fall fashion). Most of all, I love helping people to see their fabulousness, especially those 30 somethings heading into their 40s. Sis, it's LIT here!

What would you do with $40,000?

Don't tell my husband but 1st, I'd probably call my best girls, book a space where we could laugh, unwind, and mostly talk about how in the world I won this competition in our pajamas with our favorite foods. Then I'd come home and take my husband somewhere to remind him of just how fabulous I am. Probably pay a few bills, give a few gifts and possibly look for a young lady I can sponsor for prom next spring.
