What makes me feel fabulous over 40 is thriving at 52 as a full-time working mom, married 21 years, watching my two adult children from the sidelines. I stay vibrant with family adventures outdoors—rain, snow, or shine. I’m still able to be my own person, but family is everything. I’m blessed with friends and continue to have a strong social circle. Life’s challenges taught me humility and gratitude is everything. I’m a vital force in my family, guiding with love and laughter. Winning the $40,000 Fab Over 40 prize would be an honor. I’d like to donate to an organization that supports outdoor recreation and experiences for those with adaptive needs, fostering inclusion and joy. I’d be able to invest to revive my consulting business, supporting families with wellness strategies and navigating supports and services in our community Furthermore, I would be able to complete my counseling education, allowing me to continue supports in the area of mental health.
