What’s the best part of life after 40?

Finally realizing I don’t have to prove anything — I just get to be everything. It’s the era of self-trust, aligned creation, and unapologetic joy. My body’s stronger, my intuition’s louder, my boundaries are cleaner, and my sparkle? Unstoppable. I’ve done the healing, I’ve built the empire, and now I get to live it — wild, free, and fully awake.

What makes you feel fabulous?

Feeling fully alive — body strong, spirit lit, purpose aligned. When I’m in flow — creating, coaching, dancing with life — that’s my sparkle. Fabulous isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence. It’s the confidence that comes from doing the inner work and showing up as her every single day — bold, grateful, and glowing from the inside out.

What would you do with $40,000?

I’d invest it into expanding my mission — building The Sparked Method and The Sparked Soul Society to help more people awaken their potential, heal their stories, and activate their purpose. I’d use it to fund community events that merge wellness, creativity, and consciousness — spaces where people remember who they really are. Because money in the hands of a woman with vision doesn’t just grow — it multiplies light. ⚡️
