Being after 40, I love that I know myself, am actively in a growth mindset. The 21 months have been tough with my husband having a catastrophic illnesses and long term recovery. This time has helped me grow in critical areas and have confidence to pursue new dreams and challenges at this stage of my life.
I feel fabulous when I move my body, take care of myself and refill so I can show up for myself, my family, friends and clients in a healthy way.
After giving a portion to 3 of my favorite nonprofits, I will take a getaway trip with my husband and then use the remainder to invest.
