Freedom. The freedom to peel off the masks, stop people-pleasing, and lean into authenticity. To choose what I want out of life instead of what’s “expected.” Also, the friendships deepen, the wisdom sharpen, and I’m less afraid to take bold leaps.
Bringing things into bloom — literally and figuratively. Gardening and watching things grow (plants, ideas, relationships) fills me with wonder. Movement (yoga, pilates), creative expression, and moments of stillness where I sense gratitude and peace — that’s my magic combo.
I’d invest in my mission. Some ideas: Launch a signature retreat series (covering venue, guest teachers, marketing). Build a robust online platform for coaching + courses (better tech, design, outreach). Create scholarships so women in need can access wellness work I offer. Put aside a safety fund so I can lean fully into growth without panic.
