Life after 40 feels like a deep exhale, the moment I started living intentionally. It’s the balance of strength and softness, knowing I can chase goals, lift heavy, build a business, and still lead with grace. It’s not about reinventing myself, it’s about fully stepping into who I was always meant to be.
Fabulous to me isn’t about perfection, it’s about energy. It’s that spark I feel after a good CrossFit workout, helping someone feel beautiful in their skin, or taking a risk that aligns with my purpose. I feel most fabulous when I’m serving others, staying grounded in gratitude, and proving that 45 is fierce, focused, and free.
I’d invest it straight into expanding my wellness and aesthetics space. And continue to creating a space where women can lift each other up, inside and out. I’d host community events, wellness days, and confidence workshops, showing that beauty, strength, and self-worth don’t fade, they evolve. My mission is to make “feeling lifted” contagious.
