What’s the best part of life after 40?

The best part of life after 50 is owning every version of myself - the woman I’ve been, the one I lost, and the one I’m still becoming. I've lived with illness, rebuilt my health from the cellular level up, and learned that beauty isn’t something you chase. It's something you reclaim. There’s power in finally living without apology, knowing that wisdom and allure only deepen with time.

What makes you feel fabulous?

Fabulous is standing in front of the mirror and recognizing strength that has learned to speak in the language of elegance. It’s the ritual of healing - peptides and prayer to science and soul. It’s the quiet confidence that comes from surviving what once broke me. I feel most radiant when I’m thriving on my own terms - when my body hums with vitality and my spirit refuses to dim.

What would you do with $40,000?

I’d help women who’ve been dismissed, doubted, or told “it’s all in your head.” I’d build a digital sanctuary for the chronically ill and the chronically resilient - a space where biohacking meets self-belief. Where we rebuild hormone balance, gut health, and confidence with equal devotion. I’d use it to remind women everywhere that reinvention is our birthright and that the second act can be the most luminous chapter of all.
