I was born in 1941, right at the beginning of WWII. I have witnessed many wonderful “Firsts”, such as the first man to walk on the moon!

Feeling “settled” in life and love. Also feel I can survive anything after losing one of my 2 sons…..I gave birth to 2 sons….my only children! Only a mother who has suffered and survived the loss of a child, in the prime of his life, can understand! There is no greater loss. We are not supposed in outlive our children!
My active life. My family and my many, many friends….. ( some I have known and treasured since I was 6 -10 years old!) My excellent health, my faith, my surroundings.
I would pay down the mortgage on my home. I do not have any other debt! ( I wish I had had more than 140 Characters when asked to “Tell the world what makes you fabulous after 40!” That’s much more important and soul-searching than what I would do with $40,000!)
