What’s the best part of life after 40?

Life long friendships, the experiences I have gained through travel and meeting new people and the ability to connect with those I have crossed paths with. I am blessed with the most loving and supportive family who make each and every a joy!

What makes you feel fabulous?

I am a firm believer in self care! We have to invest in our physical, mental and emotional health. Not only so we can be our most fabulous version of ourselves but so we can be the best version of ourselves for those around us. As a full time working wife and mom, it can be hard to set time aside but I make it a priority. Whether it’s a Clqssical Pilates workout, a little time at the spa or a girls’ lunch, it energizes me and allows me to tackle the day, with the biggest smile.

What would you do with $40,000?

I would invest in two things, continuing education and equipment for my Pilates practice and invest in my son’s college savings account. As a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, continuing education is extremely important! It allows me to continue to grow in my practice and refine my skills but more importantly it allows me to bring the best instruction to my clients to keep them healthy and safe. I believe education, in any form and at any age, is time and money well spent!
