Taking the time to continue to work on “me” makes me feel fabulous. As a mom of four and a very busy life, it is easy to get lost in others and forget about yourself. Exercising, reading, meditating, and trying new foods/restaurants are all the ways I choose to take care of myself.
I would invest half, spruce up my outdoor living area and take a trip to somewhere I have never been!
