What’s the best part of life after 40?

I believe that staying fit and with a healthy and positive mindset is the key to embracing conscious and authentic living! It is equally important to support and encourage our sisters of every race, color or creed towards becoming their best and most authentic selves. It is time to embrace joy, and not just toil. Time to be honest with ourselves about what we truly wish for and pursue it. Time to make the personal changes within ourselves to reflect the divine and radiant beings God intended!

What makes you feel fabulous?

I wake up every morning and end each day with a ritual of gratitude. Whether it is through prayer or meditation, it jump starts my day with a positive and grateful mindset which in turn propels me towards achieving my desires, aspirations and advocacies. At the end of the day that ritual calms my body, mind and soul to receive peaceful, regenerative rest and sleep.

What would you do with $40,000?

Half of the funds would go towards developing a humanitarian mission I am creating to serve women who need guidance and resources to elevate themselves spiritually and economically in this country and beyond. The other half would go towards investing in myself as I believe it necessary to successfully achieve my continued education, financial stabiliy and healthcare goals, which then can make me continue to sustain my advocacies.
