Being over 40 means owning every part of your journey, the growth, the grit, and the grace. Motherhood, marriage, divorce, and still learning along the way. Each day I rise and choose joy. Even when it’s hard...and trust me, there are bad days. I’m proud of the woman I’ve become because of my mom, and as I raise my daughter, I hope she grows with the same strength and courage to chase every dream. So ladies, let's do this together!

Slipping into my favorite jeans, white body suit and kick ass accessories, the same combo that made me feel unstoppable at 22 still works at 52. Working out, eating well and aging gracefully. Yes, I do the medspa tricks to keep the glow! I'm not hiding all of the wrinkles...just asking them to take their sweet time.
Retail therapy. First stop Dior or Gucci for a new pair of shoes or cute crossbody, then head over to Abercrombie with my daughter for her fix! Take a few ladies I love and who have supported me in the hardest time in my life to a spa day. The rest...donation to equine rescue, invest in my future and my daughter's education. This journey honoring JP, another friend just diagnosed, and in memory of Tara Swift who lost her battle in 2020. xoxo
