What’s the best part of life after 40?

Finally comfortable in my own skin, staying healthy, enjoying being my authentic self. Loving this part of life, no expectations, and going with the flow. Daughter is grown, taking care of herself and her family, proud that we've raised a independent, self-maintaining, caring adult. As I get further from my high travel and high pressure job, I feel like I'm moving into a new era to just focus on myself, us, and our life to be. RVing, golf, hiking, and pickleball are on the bucket list.

What makes you feel fabulous?

After many years of being overweight and broken, I was not happy with myself. It wasn't until I took my life into control that I can say things changed. I was riding my spin bike at least 5 days a week, meditating, and doing yoga. I also added a nutrition trainer into the mix to understand my diet and how important that was in feeling fabulous. Being able to spend quality time with my family and friends is the top of the list - just being with those that absolutely make your soul happy.

What would you do with $40,000?

With my retirement happening so recently, I think I would want to first make sure we're financially stable before spending it. But, it would be amazing to be able to afford to have our 40th wedding anniversary in Greece with our friends and family. So making the fabulous over 40 have multiple meanings in our life would be perfect. A trip that most people could only dream of would actually be possible.
