What’s the best part of life after 40?

The best part of life after 40 is clarity. I know who I am, what I value, and what I won’t settle for. There’s a deeper confidence that comes from experience, from lessons learned, and from doing the inner work. I’ve shed a lot of old expectations and now focus on living with intention, joy, and authenticity. Life feels more grounded, more meaningful and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. It’s about Really feeling good in my skin.

What makes you feel fabulous?

What makes me feel fabulous is the growth I’ve experienced from life’s lessons. I’m deeply grateful for the work I’ve done on my inner self—it’s been challenging, but transformative. I also feel incredibly blessed to have the love and support of friends and family who uplift me. That combination of self-growth and strong connections is what truly makes me shine.

What would you do with $40,000?

With $40,000, I’d invest in my personal development and help others grow too. I’d set aside part of it to further my education, invest in my business, or a passion project that lights me up. I’d also give back—whether it’s supporting loved ones, contributing to a cause I care about, or creating something that brings value to my community. I’d want every dollar to reflect purpose, growth, and gratitude.
