What’s the best part of life after 40?

The best part of life after 40 is the clarity that comes from knowing exactly who I am and what I’ve overcome. I served this country as a veteran, became the first in my family to graduate college, and earned my MD despite every cultural, linguistic, and financial barrier stacked against me as a first-generation immigrant. After years of surviving, adapting, and building everything from the ground up, I now walk with purpose instead of pressure, alignment instead of approval-seeking.

What makes you feel fabulous?

What makes me feel fabulous is the woman I’ve become through every battle, barrier, and blessing. I feel fabulous because I stand in my purpose with strength I’ve earned — as a veteran, as a physician, as a first-generation immigrant who rebuilt her identity from the ground up, and as a single mother who raised two daughters to walk boldly in their own calling. I feel fabulous when I look at my life and see resilience instead of regret, growth instead of pain, and a legacy built on faith!

What would you do with $40,000?

If I win, I will use the prize to expand my mission of healing and service. As a physician, veteran, and single mother who built everything from nothing, I know what it means to struggle, rebuild, and rise. I’m creating a regenerative medicine and wellness clinic focused on helping people heal from trauma. Also have plans for starting clinical trials for psychedelic research & breast cancer research.
