I think for being over 40 I’m in pretty good shape health wise. I love life, and want to show others over 40 that this can be done.

I feel the best part of being over 40 is life experiences, that adversity help teach you and make you grow stronger to newer heights unimaginable.
What makes me feel fabulous is helping to give other people. It’s a feeling indescribable such satisfaction to see other people’s faces light up like a lightbulb.
I think the first thing I would do is donate $10,000 dollars to an orphanage where the children would need it, because they are tomorrow future.
