The best part of being 40 is feeling grounded in who I am. I’ve learned that healing isn’t about chasing perfection - it’s about coming home to yourself. Life feels more peaceful when you listen to your body, trust your intuition and give yourself grace. I’ve found so much purpose in helping others do the same - finding balance, clarity as to what is happening in their body’s and to thrive again.
What makes me feel fabulous is being in flow - when I’m living alignment, taking care of my body, & helping others do the same. It’s the quiet confidence that comes from showing up as my true self, trusting my intuition & knowing I’m making a difference, one person at a time.
With $40k, I’d expand my business to reach more people seeking real answers about their health. I would also pay off the medical expenses that have inspired my journey and create a grant fund to support clients who are ready to heal but face financial limitations. The money would allow me to give back while growing the impact of my work.
