The best part of being in your 40’s is fearlessly living life on my own terms—not worrying about what other people think and doing what I want. I’ve embraced bold choices, like earning my MBA from Oxford in my 40s, and learned to truly love and care for myself. That self-care has made me a better mother, wife, friend, and sister, and inspires other women to embrace their strength and live boldly at any age.
What makes me feel fabulous is feeling healthy, eating well, loving myself, and taking time for me. I love reading, learning, and sharing ideas, achieving goals, looking and feeling great, and knowing my loved ones are happy too. Combining self-care, growth, and making a difference in others’ lives—all of this just makes me feel truly fabulous… and grabbing a great pair of heels doesn’t hurt either!!!
With $40,000, I’d donate part to charity and expand this platform into a podcast for women to share stories and real-life experiences we can learn from, celebrate our wins, support each other, and hear the funny stories only we truly understand. A space to talk openly about health and self-care—including breast cancer checks—remind everyone they’re not alone, break taboos, and inspire women to love themselves and lift each other up.
