I feel fabulous at 43 as a single mom who has survived 2 strokes in December 2024 that had me in both occupational and physical therapy, unable to do my daily task to now back walking, living and loving in abundance makes me feel super fabulous!

I have a desire to help provide knowledge on the importance of being in tune with your physical health. As we know health is wealth and with my second chance at life I feel rich!!!
