What’s the best part of life after 40?

Discovering that life after 60 is even better - bolder, unapologetic, and freedom to be myself. I've discarded the old (jobs, mindsets, expectations) and, through my podcasts, celebrate the power of female voices, legacy, & curating a life that makes you feel seen and heard. I'm so much braver than my 40- or 50-year-old self. It's never too late; you're never too old. You're exactly where you need to be. Time to turn your dreams into reality and live a life that makes you feel fiercely alive.

What makes you feel fabulous?

Knowing that my choices today benefit my family and community. I treasure a good night’s sleep, spontaneity, and recognize that beauty matters and is all around us. I prioritize my physical and mental well-being. I lead with curiosity, celebrate champagne moments, and retreat to my couch and roster of classic films to recharge. This is the best time of my life because I’m choosing grace, resilience, and bold self-expression—creating a life that empowers others to reinvent themselves at any age.

What would you do with $40,000?

My favorite Frank Capra film suggests, "You Can't Take It With You." However, $40,000 brings a lovely energy to anyone. Ensuring my family's well-being is a priority. Supporting The Gentle Barn (a sanctuary that inspires kindness & compassion toward animals, our planet, and each other), female-led companies that are on average, disproportionately underfunded, and continue to invest in my podcasts because I believe art matters and stories need to be shared. Lilo, our fur baby, will get new toys.
