What’s the best part of life after 40?

Going from belief to believer. I’ve questioned myself, my timing, my purpose only to learn that life will bring you to your knees just to show you how powerful you are when you rise again. Wisdom has helped me turn adversity into self-growth and fuel for helping others. My blessings soften the hard days and the lessons inspire me to close the gap between where I am and where I want to be. Life after 40, is recognizing that you are not what others tell you that you are, you are what YOU believe.

What makes you feel fabulous?

Prioritizing my fitness and my mental health is important to me but positive energy, authentic company and watching my son grow into a compassionate and driven human is what truly makes me feel fabulous. I feel the most alive when I am surrounded by the people in my life that have fearlessly supported me through the ups and downs and when I am able to positively impact others -- in business, on the court, in the gym, or in life.

What would you do with $40,000?

I would invest the $40,000 into the growth of my Strong Girls Training program which focuses on the development of girls grades 4-12 in strength, conditioning, athletic performance, wellness, leadership and mental resilience across all sports and inclusive of girls that want to prioritize health and fitness outside of sports.
