What’s the best part of life after 40?

The best part of being 40 is the clarity and strength that comes from overcoming life’s toughest battles. I’ve learned to embrace who I am, flaws and all, with grace and humor. This decade has given me the courage to pursue my passion for helping others heal from addiction and mental health struggles. I’m grateful for deeper connections, self-love, and the joy of knowing that every day is a fresh chance to grow, laugh, and live fully.

What makes you feel fabulous?

I feel fabulous over 40 because I embody strength, resilience, and transformation. Having faced and overcome profound challenges like addiction, I've emerged with grace and a renewed purpose—to inspire others, embrace life fully, and give back through my journey of recovery and service. My courage, wisdom, and authenticity shine brighter than ever, proving that fabulousness grows deeper with each passing year!

What would you do with $40,000?

If I had $40,000, I would save a portion for my daughters education—a priceless gift for their future—and take my family on a special trip to thank them for their unwavering love and support throughout my 48 years. I’d also dedicate efforts to raising money for breast cancer research, helping bring hope to many. Additionally, I plan to work as a therapist, providing loving care to those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, guiding them toward healing and recovery.
