What’s the best part of life after 40?

Finally learning to be comfortable in my own skin. I now carry wisdom that only time can teach. It’s the confidence that 40 brings in the way I walk, the way I speak, and how aware I am of what the world around me has to offer. Not having feel like I’m in a race for success and reaching goals. It’s embracing how far I’ve come and enjoying what the next years have to offer at a slower but steady pace.

What makes you feel fabulous?

Progress, peace, love, patience I’ve learned, and good health all make me feel fabulous. It’s knowing that every curve on my body and wrinkle on my face holds a story. It’s a sparkle I hold with the self confidence of not being afraid or ashamed of who I am.

What would you do with $40,000?

With this money I plan to find other ways to encourage women of all ages to embrace being a women. I want to teach and give back to women who feel depleted and like the world is on their shoulders. I also plan to put a down payment on a starter home for my beautiful 3 daughters to help them have a lucrative start in the real world that I didn’t have.
