What’s the best part of life after 40?

There’s a freedom that comes after 40 no one really tells you about when you’re younger. You stop chasing perfection and start embracing authenticity. Being over 40 isn’t about “slowing down” it’s about finally waking up to your own power. My body has carried me through 15 pregnancies and five children. Countless workouts, long workdays, and hard seasons to climb out of. Realizing it’s not the number on a scale or a calendar. It’s about the strength and wisdom that lives inside me now.

What makes you feel fabulous?

Being over 40 means embracing grace and grit at the same time. It’s learning to love your reflection not because it’s flawless, but because it tells my story. Every wrinkle, every scar, every stretch mark is proof that you’ve lived! There’s confidence in knowing you’ve been through storms and still found your way back to the sunlight. You understand that self care isn’t selfish, it’s survival! The best part is not looking back who I used to be, I’m excited about who I’m still becoming.

What would you do with $40,000?

If I were fortunate enough to receive the prize I would use it to make a meaningful difference in both my personal growth and in the lives of others. I would dedicate part of the prize to supporting Breast Cancer Awareness. Contributing to local programs, organizing community events. Helping individuals and families affected by Breast Cancer. I’d view the prize not just as money to spend, but as a time to grow to help others. Having this opportunity to give back will be deeply meaningful to me.
